Which Best Protein Powder
Which best protein powder? Or does that question mean, “Which is the best protein powder?”
Presumably, the questioner is asking for a recommendation as to the best protein powder supplement for, at this stage, BUILDING MUSCLE or LOSING WEIGHT. I know that sounds like an oxymoron, but that’s what protein powders help to do.
Considering the enormous range of protein powder variations in the market, none of them are as nutritious as the BEST recommendation on this web page.
Whey Protein Powder
Whey protein is the protein from whey, the watery portion of milk that separates from the curds in cheese making and is commonly used as a protein supplement.
According to Web MD, whey protein might improve your diet’s nutrient content and affect the immune system. People use the stuff for enhancing athletic performance and increasing strength (muscle building).
Whey protein is also used for asthma, diabetes, weight loss, and many other conditions, but there’s no good scientific evidence to support most of these uses.
Nevertheless, the ‘which best protein powder’ on the market, according to the Google search engine, is a product called ‘Whey Protein 80.’ It’s a winner of the ‘Best Protein Award,’ with its 100% pure whey protein concentrate. Whey Protein 80 has an ultra-smooth texture and comes in a variety of flavors, such as Butterscotch Ripple, Millionaire’s Shortbread, and Salted Caramel Bandit. People like the way it mixes instantly.
A single serving of Whey Protein 80 contains up to a massive 80% protein, with no ‘added’ sugar. It’s the ultimate protein shake to boost protein intake any time of day, especially within an hour of a workout. So the adverts say.
Whey is a natural food source that has been a staple in people’s diets for centuries. Research has shown that grass-fed milk contains more linoleic acids and higher omega-3 fatty acids than milk from cows confined to indoor rearing. With Whey Protein 80, you can rest assured that you are getting the purest and most natural whey protein possible. So goes the spiel.
What is Whey?
Let’s rephrase that question: What is whey, anywhey?
(Couldn't resist that spelling!)
According to Wikipedia, “whey is the liquid remaining after milk has been curdled and strained. It is a by-product of the manufacturing of cheese or casein and has several commercial uses.”
Not very vegan-friendly, is it? It’s an animal product. Still, muscle builders consume it because they’re unlikely to be vegans. Think about that. But is there a non-milk ‘which is best protein powder’ answer?
Well, Look at this:
Oh, that’s different from boring whey protein. But how good is it? Isn’t it packed with sugars and bad things?
Look! Only 93 calories per shake! It also contains 73g of protein per 100 g. But you don’t knock that much down per serving! Instead, one serving of this super protein-rich gives you 17.8g of pure protein as you down this incredibly delicious shake. And it’s sweet!
There’s no need to repeat what’s on this website about this chocolate-flavored shake loaded with protein, vitamins, and above all, minerals. You can see what we mean by clicking on the button below:
If you’re still reading this page, it doesn’t matter. We all have methods of gathering information about what we’re looking for.
This chocolate-flavored, sweet shake tastes better and is much more nutritious than any whey product. You don’t get the vitamins and crucial minerals you need in other products, no matter what the ‘Best Protein Award’ people say.
Add Sizzling Minerals to this, and you should be way ahead of any athlete in time.
So now you know the answer to the question: “Which best protein powder?”
