Terminology

For those not up to scratch with terms such as chondroitin, MSM, and glucosamine, here’s a quick explanation:

Chondroitin is a substance found in the cartilage around the joints that allows the cartilage to retain water. Glucosamine is a natural substance in the body and is a building block of cartilage.
